MATT DUNFRUND is a real estate veteran having worked in numerous roles throughout the industry since 2006. Matt started his real estate career as an asset manager with ML Commercial Properties. During his ML tenure, Matt was involved in the successful closing of twelve retail centers nationally totaling $113M. Additionally, Matt asset managed a $74M retail portfolio handling all facets of daily operations including: investor reporting, TI/CapEx project mgmt, and leasing efforts. In 2016, Matt decided to further pursue his passion for sales in the residential & multifamily brokerage space. Matt comes to Avenue Realty Group with a proven track record and successful brokerage career by completing 80+ transactions throughout Los Angeles City and County. A native Angeleno, Matt graduated from Loyola High School & obtained his BA in Business Mgmt from the University of Colorado Boulder. Matt resides in West Adams with his wife, two daughters & dog Carlos Ramón. In his free time, Matt enjoys attending concerts with his family, playing tennis, surfing, and watching Manchester United matches.
