JON RAWSON is a multifamily apartment specialist who focuses on 2-4 unit residential income properties and 5-50 unit apartment building transactions throughout Los Angeles County.

Jon joined Avenue Realty Group as a Partner after a stellar 5-year career with Keller Williams Commercial. Jon was a top producing agent and was recognized amongst the company’s top 5% every year from 2017 to 2020.

Jon prides himself on bringing his market knowledge, passion, expertise, and tireless work ethic to benefit his clients when helping them buy, sell, and complete 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. Coming from a family with a real estate construction background, Jon understands the value-add component to apartment buildings and how to guide his clients in the right direction to achieve their end goal of market rent stabilization. In addition to multifamily apartment building ransactions, Jon has helped clients exchange their multifamily properties into high cash flow & no management assets such as Single Tenant NNN leased properties and Delaware Statutory Trusts (DST’s).

Jon holds a B.A. Degree in Communications & Public Relations, and he values continuing education by taking several advanced real estate courses with UCLA Extension.

Jon currently resides in Marina Del Rey with his fiancé, Alyssa, and his dogs, Ty and Cheez. Jon enjoys spending his free time snowboarding, traveling, attending live music performances and going to LA Dodgers games.
