John has a comprehensive understanding of current market trends and their impact on property underwriting and pricing metrics. He is also well versed in the 1031 exchange process and has completed numerous exchanges for his clients.

John graduated from the University of Scranton, receiving a bachelor’s degree grounded in the liberal arts with a curriculum emphasis in critical thinking, writing, and public speaking.
