TIM PICKETT specializes in single-family transactions and represents both buyers & sellers throughout LA County. Prior to becoming a Co-Founder for Avenue Realty Group, Tim started his real estate career as a transaction coordinator to establish foundational knowledge on the nuances of real estate transactions. He leverages his past experience of working in the digital marketing space to promote his listings, a strategy that has proven beneficial for his clients. Tim grew up in Manhattan Beach and graduated from USC, where he was a Division 1 athlete on the Water Polo team and was part of an NCAA championship team.
